Orders placed by 10:00AM PST (Monday-Friday) typically ship the same day, orders placed later are set to ship the following day. Orders are shipped via FedEx®, DHL or USPS to locations within the contiguous United States from our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV.
Shipping rates are calculated by the carrier at checkout based on the shipping address and level of service you select. To view shipping rates, proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address then select "Continue to shipping".
Expedited Shipping Options
We offer express shipping such as 2nd Day and Overnight at checkout. Please note that the cutoff for these services to go out same day is 10:00AM PST (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after this time will ship out the following business day.
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. Please enter a physical address at checkout.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO
Because UPS® Ground is not an option for these areas, we ship through the US Postal Service. Unfortunately, when shipping USPS, you'll need to allow several additional days for it to be shipped and we also do not have the granular level of tracking that we do with UPS®.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
Flycatcher has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) of Flycatcher Corp Ltd. (“Flycatcher”, “we”, “our” or “us”) applies only to orders placed directly via https://store.flycatcher.toys/ and governs the refunds for canceled transactions and returned products.
Flycatcher only accepts returns of products purchased via https://store.flycatcher.toys/ and shall not accept, nor give any refunds in connection with, any attempted returns of products purchased from other retailers.
Unconditional 100% Satisfaction
We expect our customers to be 100% thrilled with our products and the service we provide. If at any time within 90 days from the date you receive the product you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, to the extent permitted by law, you can ship it back to us for a full refund (paid product price), you will bear any and all costs of shipping the product from your location to Flycatcher. Return and Refund Terms
Any Return Request must include the order confirmation number for which the return is requested and your full name and contact information. Flycatcher may reject any Return Request which does not include the complete and accurate order reference number, customer name or contact information.
After receiving your Return Request, Flycatcher will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped.
You shall return the product, together with all documentation provided to you by Flycatcher with the product, to Flycatcher in the same condition as they were delivered to you. Upgraded, refurbished or cosmetically flawed products will not be eligible for return. In order to receive a refund, returned products must be returned to Flycatcher in their original packaging, complete with all accessories provided to you in connection with the product intact, and any documentation provided to you by Flycatcher with the product, in accordance with any instructions provided by Flycatcher and with this Policy. Your refund will be in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Flycatcher reserves the right to not accept returns of products that have been damaged, washed, stained, worn, altered and/or in non-stock packaging.
If a product is returned to Flycatcher with missing accessories, Flycatcher reserves the right to charge a restocking fee in the amount of 10% of the full retail price of the order (without applying any discounts, coupons, vouchers or other price reductions, if any, to which the order was eligible). For clarity, any attempted return which does not include the main elements of the product shall not be accepted and shall not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, Flycatcher will send you an email to notify you that Flycatcher has received your returned product. Flycatcher will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If the return is approved, then you will receive a refund of the amount actually paid by you for the order (after discounts, coupons, vouchers or other price reductions, if any, have been applied to such order, and less any deduction from such refund as provided in this Policy). If your return has been rejected, you will not be eligible for a refund. Flycatcher reserves the right to reject any returns not sent in accordance with this Policy and nothing herein detracts from any right Flycatcher may have to hold you liable for any damage you cause to a product (including its packaging) while in your possession.
Errors, Defects, or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, within 48 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will arrange for the faulty product to be returned to us for evaluation. If no fault is found, the product will be returned to you and you shall be responsible for related shipping cost. Should the product prove to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, you can submit a replacement or Return Request within 14 days after your receipt of the products and we will refund the payments from you or alternatively may offer you a replacement unit.
Important Notes about Returns & Exchanges
If merchandise is returned in “as-new” condition in its original packaging within 90 days of purchase, a credit for the item will be issued to the method of payment used when the order was placed. If merchandise is opened, a store credit will be issued in the form of a Flycatcher toys gift certificate. Returns we receive that have been damaged due to inadequate packaging on the customer’s end will be limited to a store credit.
Should a product that you have ordered be out of stock, we will notify you thereof, whereupon, in the event of a temporary out-of-stock situation, you shall be entitled either to cancel the order or be fully refunded, or to maintain the sale subject to a later delivery date as may be agreed. In the event of a permanent out-of-stock situation, you shall be entitled to be fully refunded.
Returning a Gift?
When returning a gift, you need not worry about whether or not the sender will be informed. We will simply send you an email containing a Flycatcher toys gift certificate for the amount of the item(s) being returned. The gift certificate can then be used for a new purchase at your leisure!
Flycatcher reserves the right, at its discretion, to change this Policy at any time and without notice. Such change will be effective following the posting of the revised Policy on the Flycatcher website, and your continued use of the website thereafter means that you accept those changes.
