Product is great

The item it’s self is great the only thing we didn’t realize is once you use the boards they are stuck that way unless you rip everything out. If giving to somebody as a gift you gotta replace each board. Would be nice if there was a way to purchase just boards in bulk. Also purchasing beads in individual colors or color pkts like neutrals, neons, reds, blues greens etc…..just a thought. But the board thing is my main issues with ordering the big bundle there no where near enough to enjoy all projects for long periods of time.

Amazing and Outstanding Customer Service!

My 7-year old has enjoyed creating with the pegs and beads! She loves how it can display various images. She had difficulty with sequin creations (takes more patience and fine motor skills). When I asked the company about it, they offered to send her more pegs and beads. My daughter was thrilled! Thanks for making her Christmas gift even better!
