Errors, Defects, or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Important Notes About Returns & Exchanges
If merchandise is returned in "as-new" condition in its original packaging within 90 days of purchase, a credit for the item will be issued to the method of payment used when the order was placed. If merchandise is opened, a store credit will be issued in the form of a Flycatcher Toys gift certificate. All returns MUST include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Flycatcher Toys. Returns we receive that have been damaged due to inadequate packaging on the customer's end will be limited to a store credit.
Returning a Gift?
When returning a gift, you need not worry about whether or not the sender will be informed. We will simply send you an email containing a Flycatcher Toys gift certificate for the amount of the item(s) being returned. The gift certificate can then be used for a new purchase at your leisure!
