Same Day Shipping
Orders placed by 10:00AM PST (Monday-Friday) typically ship the same day, orders placed later are set to ship the following day. Orders are shipped via FedEx®, DHL or USPS to locations within the contiguous United States from our warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada. Please note that during the period from US Thanksgiving to Christmas - fulfillment can take up to 2 business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated by the carrier at checkout based on the shipping address and level of service you select. To view shipping rates, proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address then select "Continue to shipping".
Expedited Shipping Options
We offer express shipping such as 2nd Day and Overnight at checkout. Please note that the cutoff for these services to go out same day is 10:00AM PST (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after this time will ship out the following business day.
PO Boxes
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. Please enter a physical address at checkout.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO
Because UPS® Ground is not an option for these areas, we ship through the US Postal Service. Unfortunately, when shipping USPS, you'll need to allow several additional days for it to be shipped and we also do not have the granular level of tracking that we do with UPS®.
International Orders *NEW*
We now ship worldwide via DHL, enter your address at checkout and select a method to see pricing and service options.
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
Flycatcher has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

**We are NOT responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please check your shipping address twice before placing your order. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.
This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) of Flycatcher Corp Ltd. (“Flycatcher”, “we”, “our” or “us”) applies only to orders placed directly via https://store.flycatcher.toys or through one of our authorized platforms. It governs the refunds for canceled transactions and returned products.
Flycatcher only accepts returns of items purchased through our official online store. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products bought from third-party retailers.
To process a return or warranty request, you must provide a valid order number. Note: We do not honor warranty claims for products obtained through unauthorized or illegitimate sources, including stolen goods.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return your product within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping).
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return and Refund Terms
Your Return Request must include:
- Your full name
- Contact information
- Your order confirmation number
Incomplete requests may be rejected.
After we receive your Return Request, we’ll email you return shipping instructions.
All products must be returned:
- In the same condition in which they were received
- In original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
Returns of upgraded, refurbished, or cosmetically flawed products will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Flycatcher reserves the right to reject returns of products that have been damaged, washed, stained, worn, altered, or returned in non-original or incomplete packaging.
Special Return Restrictions
For the following products, returns are only accepted if the original seal is intact and unopened:
- smART sketcher® 2.0 Projector
- smART sketcher® 2.0 Projector Bundle
- smART sketcher® AI Projector
If the product seal is broken or damaged, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
If a returned item is missing accessories, Flycatcher reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee, based on the item’s full retail price (before any discounts or promotions).
Important: Returns missing key product components will not be accepted and will not qualify for a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at store@flycatcher.toys within 48 hours of receiving it.
- We’ll evaluate the issue and provide return instructions if needed.
- If the product is confirmed to be defective due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll offer either a full refund or a replacement.
- If no defect is found, the item will be returned to you and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
You must submit any replacement or return requests for defective items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Additional Notes on Returns & Exchanges
- Items returned in as-new condition and in original packaging within 90 days will be refunded to your original method of payment.
- Items that are opened or returned with damaged packaging may be rejected and not eligible for a refund.
- If a return is damaged due to poor packaging during transit, the refund may be denied.
Out-of-Stock Items
- Temporary delays: You may choose to wait, cancel, or receive a full refund.
- Permanently out of stock: You will receive a full refund automatically.
Returning a Gift
If you're returning a gift purchased through our online store, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
For privacy, we will not notify the sender unless required to process the return. Please note: We do not offer gift cards or store credit in place of refunds.
